Setting up my Reading Book Journal

I have wanted to set up my Reading journal for a while and finally made time for it. One of my goals this year is to read some of the books on my shelf. I LOVE books and REALLY wanted to read at least 12 books this year. True confession, I’ve read one and have several in progress.
