Creative Journaling

Hello! I have recently found my found a new passion for getting artsy and creative in my junque journal. I guess you could really say I have gone full circle, this technique is combining my love for mixed medias, journaling and documenting memories. I have been posting pictures on social media but I wanted to share some of my pages here too. I plan on having videos soon of my process to making these whimsical pages.

I’m using my traveler notebook inserts to create these pages. I use 28 lb paper by Hammermill. It’s silky smooth and actually holds up to water color nicely.

I love this page of documenting my son’s acceptance into college, I added Confetti right onto the page~ It was some messy fun!

I’ve starting using a clipboard to hold my journal in place while I create and write. This way I can take it with me while I sit my family, having coffee outside or in the evenings before going to bed.

I’m exciting about showing my process on video!
